Scuba Diving with Club Med in Turks and Caicos
by: Clint Leung
One scuba diving vacation option for divers is with the Club Med resorts that offer intensive dive programs. These particular Club Med locations have full service scuba diving centers staffed by PADI and NAUI certified instructors as well as full equipment rentals. Club Med has locations with dive intensive programs in the Caribbean and the South Pacific. One such resort is the Club Med Turkoise in the Turks and Caicos islands located southeast of the Bahamas. While these islands are not the lushest in the Caribbean, they do have excellent coral reef systems making it a top scuba diving destination in the region.
For those scuba divers who do not want to be bothered with transit between hotels, restaurants and dive boats, Club Meds are a wonderful option since everything is on site. Like other high end all-inclusive resorts, Club Meds have excellent dining, decent rooms plus great facilities for water and land sports. A bonus feature of Club Meds is the inclusion of instruction for many activities such as sailing and water skiing as well as the nightly entertainment on stage.

Is Your Gambling Making You Money?
by: Paul Mc
So you want to make your gambling pay?
Well would you be suprised if I told you that 99.9% of gamblers fail to make a consistent profit by gamblig?
Not suprised?
How about if I told you that a lot of these people don’t have a clue about betting?
Its true!!!
Upto 90% of all bets are made by people who don’t really know anything about the event they are betting on. The others may have some idea but it is actually a very select few who actually make money by gambling.
There are ways to turn a rookie gambler into at least a semi professional one who could actually make a profit from gambling.
Below I will give a few pointers to any aspiring gambler looking to make their gambling pay and why most gamblers never make a profit.
1) Most gamblers bet on every race.
If you go down to a race meeting yu will see hoards of people placing bets on every race. That is great if you are there just to have a bit of fun but the more astute gambler will know this is a big way to make a loss.
Warm Up With A Back Exercise For Golf
August 29, 2009
Let’s face it, if you are a passionate golfer who likes to hit the links whenever you have the opportunity, at some point in time you are likely to be faced with lower back pain. Fortunately, there are some great exercises that will help you work through lower back pain, and also prevent it from occurring in the first place.
The reason that lower back pain is common in golf is that your spine receives significant stress from the rotational movement of the golf swing. You will want to be sure that you are swinging properly and not placing undue strain on your back. Have an instructor or professional take a look at your swing and let you know where you can improve it. In addition to the rotation involved in your swing, you also use your back just picking up the ball and your golf bag.
The first exercises you’ll want to do are stretching exercises, especially before you hit the course. You don’t want to begin playing without properly warming up your back muscles. There are a couple of back exercises you can do that will prepare your back by warming up those muscles ahead of time. Think of your pre-round stretches as progressive warm ups. Before taking your first swings of the game, take a few slow, stretching practice swings to ease your back into the motion of swinging. With each successive swing, you should attempt to slowly increase your range of motion.
Golf Apparel — The Start Of Good Golf Etiquette

Golf Apparel — The Start Of Good Golf Etiquette
by: Ron King
Many of us recall old movie images of golfers in plaid pants, sweater vests, billed caps, and other stereotypical apparel of golfing lore. While clothing on golf courses has changed over the years, proper golf apparel is still expected. And the greater the prestige of the golf club, the greater the expectation you will abide by their dress code.
Most clubs and courses, even the public ones, require that golfers follow a dress code. The most common rule is the collared shirt. Many courses require long pants, not jeans, and golf shoes.
5 Minutes Early Is Late
When it comes to actually starting your game, the primary rule of etiquette is to show up on schedule for your tee time. That means you will have already done everything else in preparation for the start of the golf game. You’ll need time to park your car, warm up, practice, buy balls, change, and pick up a cart. Being early is a matter of consideration for others.

NBA 2005 Season Predictions
by: Tim Garmo
The NBA season kicks of on Tuesday when the defending champion San Antonio Spurs will host the Denver Nuggets at 8 PM ET on TNT. Below is my season predictions for each conference.
This season is perhaps the most balanced season in terms of east against west. A shift of power has been made over the past few season as Shaq and many more have switched sides. Last year in the west it came down to San Antonio and Phoenix, but now with Amaré gone for Phoenix, who will there be to challenge them. Sure there are up and coming teams such as Denver and Memphis in the west, but there not quite up to San Antonio’s level yet. Two teams in the west I feel could make a run at San Antonio, Houston and Seattle. Seattle cardinally gave them a great challenge last year in the playoffs. It is wasn’t for an amazing pass from Ginobili to Duncan it would of been a seven game series. Houston on the other hand has a dynamic duo of McGrady and Yao Mingo who should be even better in their second season together.

Getting Into The Game - Playing in Texas Holdem Tournaments
by: Graham Easton
Excited about getting into a game of Texas Holdem (No Limit) but don’t know what to do after the cards are drawn? Try these highly advanced techniques I’ve developed in my years of playing the game.
Early on, the game is all about getting stuck into some pots. The blinds are cheap at 10/20 so it is easy to see flops. Don’t hang around for the best Texas Holdem starting hands, as they will rarely visit you. Decisions as to whether to play should be based on table position and numbers of players in the pot.
If all the players are in and you can get in cheaply then do so even with rags. The hope is that you will hit two pair or higher in which case you should follow up with a large bet. Most people will be playing high cards - Ace, King, and a variety of picture cards. Hardly anyone will be playing lower cards like 56, suited or not.

Shoulder Stretches for Golf
August 26, 2009
Performing shoulder exercises and stretches are important to ensuring that you have a good swing. Stretching the rotator cuff muscles, those found in your shoulders that allow you to move your shoulder in a circular motion, increases flexibility and ensures a more natural and fluid golf swing.
Good shoulder stability and strength is vital to your golf game, since your shoulders are involved with every swing of your clubs. Include shoulder stretches and exercises in your regular fitness routine, as well as use them as part of your pre-game warm-up. Here are two important stretches that will help you get your shoulders in top shape.
Rotator cuff stretch: This movement is designed to stretch out the rotator cuff muscles. Hold the club in the middle of the shaft with one arm extended straight out. Rotate the club to the right and then to the left. When complete, switch to the other arm and repeat the stretch.
Bicycle Rims And Wheels, Your Bike Cant Go Anywhere Without Them

Bicycle Rims And Wheels, Your Bike Cant Go Anywhere Without Them
by: Alastair Hamilton
The first bicycle wheels were from a horse drawn cart, made of wood with a metal band round the bicycle rim, very hard and very uncomfortable to ride. Then a man called Dunlop (Scottish) invented the pneumatic tire, this along with Macadam (another Scot) inventing the tar road surface made cycling a lot more comfortable.
The bicycle rim, like the bicycle frame hasn’t changed much in design, its still round and always will be. From the first wooden rims the next were made of steel, then alloy and now if you can afford it, carbon. Of all bicycle parts the bicycle rim can make a big difference to how your bike handles. First the weight of your rim affects your sprinting and climbing as the weight will low you down, for a long, flat effort the weight isn’t so important as when you get the wheels rolling the weight can help to keep them going. The shape of the rim can be important also, a flat rim is best for climbing as aerodynamics are not so important on a hill, a deep section, aero, rim will help you cut through the air, but in a cross wind could cause you handling problems.

Roulette Rules
by: Terje Brooks Ellingsen
Even though roulette rules are fairly easy to learn, it is important to acquire the necessary knowledge before you go into a casino and start to play. If you are a newbie, this can definitely help you avoid any potential embarrassments or misunderstandings.
Traditionally roulette has been played in regular offline casinos but today secure casino gambling online has been more and more common whether it is roulette, poker, craps, blackjack, baccarat or other gambling games.
Roulette has both rules and etiquette that have to be adhered to. In a game where money is at stake, it is crucial for gamblers to be familiar with these both in real and virtual casinos.
The basic rules of Roulette
In Roulette you don’t compete with the other players. The roulette game can hold up to eight players, and each player plays against the dealer only
Players buy in and receive chips of a color, different from the other players
If you win a spin, you cash your color chip in for a cash chip of a certain value.

How To Create Better Shoulder Stability For Golf
August 23, 2009
Shoulder stability is essential to packing a powerful golf swing. Without stability, flexibility and strength in your shoulders your swing is not going to be as efficient or effective as it could be. In fact, you can wind up with shoulder injuries that not only hurt your swing, but literally hurt your shoulders.
There are a number of things that can contribute to rotator cuff (the muscles in your shoulders that allow for circular motion) problems, but Brian Schiff, a licensed physical therapist specializing in sports medicine, sees three main contributors: poor posture, flexibility issues, and a decreased level of muscular strength and endurance. "People just aren’t conditioned to do the things that we want to go out and do on a regular basis," Brian says. "And, with a sport like golf, it’s such a repetitive action. A person that doesn’t do any physical activity, and then goes out and plays a few rounds in the spring, they’re very vulnerable to certain flare-ups and injuries."
You can combat this issue by incorporating shoulder exercises into your fitness routine. By working your shoulders off the course, they will provide you with the stability and flexibility you need to improve your swing.
